Finger limes are 100% pure and natural. They grow on tree's in Queensland, Australia. This is the only place in the world you can find them. Inside the finger lime’s skin are hundreds of juice-filled pearls that ‘pop’ in the mouth with delicious bursts of flavour. They pair beautifully with seafood and work well with desserts and cocktails too.
The season for Finger Limes is short, so The Lime Caviar Co. started freezing the pearls and potting them meaning they're now available year round. We have 2 colours available: Sunrise pink and Emerald green.
